These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RozGold (a brand of NRF Fintech LLP) mobile app, website, and related services ("Platform"), operated by RozGold (a brand of NRF Fintech LLP) ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By using RozGold (a brand of NRF Fintech LLP), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
- You must comply with all applicable Indian laws, including KYC and AML requirements.
2. Services Provided
RozGold (a brand of NRF Fintech LLP), in partnership with trusted gold aggregators (e.g., Augmont), enables:
- Purchase, sale, and redemption of 24K digital gold.
- Storage of gold with secure, authorized custodians.
- Physical delivery of gold, subject to additional charges.
- Access to features such as savings plans, price alerts, and transaction tracking.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete KYC details (PAN, Aadhaar, etc.).
- Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and not for fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities.
4. Transactions & Pricing
- All gold purchases and sales are based on live market rates provided by our aggregator partner.
- Prices may fluctuate and RozGold (a brand of NRF Fintech LLP) is not responsible for losses due to market volatility.
- A convenience fee or transaction charge may apply.
- Settlement of gold purchase/sale is confirmed only after successful payment.
5. Custody & Redemption
- Gold purchased via RozGold (a brand of NRF Fintech LLP) is stored in secure, insured vaults by authorized custodians (via our aggregator partner).
- Users can request redemption of gold in physical form (coins/jewellery), subject to delivery charges and making charges (if applicable).
- Storage is free for up to 5 years; thereafter, custody charges may apply.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Important: Once a gold purchase transaction is completed, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds are not applicable unless required by law or due to technical errors.
7. Risk Disclaimer
- Investments in gold are subject to market risks.
- RozGold (a brand of NRF Fintech LLP) does not provide financial advice or guarantee returns.
- Users are advised to review personal financial goals before investing.
8. Limitation of Liability
RozGold is not responsible for:
- Market fluctuations affecting gold value.
- Delays in payment processing by banks/payment gateways.
- Errors due to incorrect details provided by the user.
9. Termination of Services
RozGold (a brand of NRF Fintech LLP) may suspend or terminate user accounts for:
- Misuse of services.
- Non-compliance with KYC/AML regulations.
- Fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
